![]() A new restaurant from Pierre Rougey of the French Culinary Institute has opened at 31 West 21st Street, between 5th and 6th Avenue, in the Flatiron district. Prandial features new and classic American dishes such as grilled romaine salad, cockles with chorizo, short ribs, brook trout, smoked Berkshire pork chop, and lamb with figs. The interior decor is a combination of industrial materials and vintage items, including theatrical lights, painted mirrors and a brass chandelier.
